We aim to package and dispatch your order within 24hrs and delivery takes just 1-2 days from. On the day of dispatch you will receive a courtesy email from us confirming that your order has left our warehouse.
All Citizen Watches now come with a 5 year official Citizen Watch guarantee when purchased from Citizen Shop.
Should you experience a problem with your Citizen Watch whilst under guarantee, you are welcome to send the watch back to us or alternatively you can arrange to send it back to Citizen directly where it will be either repaired or replaced.
