We offer a Price Match Promise and aim to match or beat any advertised price, providing the retailer is also an official authorised Citizen Watch stockist.
We do not price match against auction websites, websites that are based outside of the UK, or websites where the item on sale are imported.
Any imported watches will be supplied with a 1 year international warranty compared with the official 5 year warranty that is provided by all authorised UK stockists, and therefore we exclude these retailers from our price match policy.
